Job summary

BrandSafway Group is seeking a Senior Insulation Technician for a turbine outage project in Savannah, GA. The role involves insulating and fabricating insulation patterns, welding studs, and installing insulation systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The temporary outage runs from October 20, 2026 to November 9, 2026, with 7–12 hour shifts. Compensation is hourly, with a pay rate of $24–$28 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in turbine insulation and outages.
• Ability to create insulation patterns from field measurements.
• Experience with stud welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Remove insulation blankets and metal cladding safely.
• Fabricate insulation patterns and install insulation blankets and lagging.
• Install ceramic blanket insulation systems and aluminum lagging.
• Perform stud welding and assist with repairs as needed.
• Maintain quality and safety during outage schedules.
