Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Senior Insulation Technician to install, upgrade, and replace insulation in residential and commercial spaces. Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation.
• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) according to specs and safety standards.
• Remove old or damaged insulation as needed.
• Operate equipment such as blowers and vacuums.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE and ladder safely.
• Communicate with homeowners or site supervisors about project details and progress.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles.
• Document completed work and materials used for each job.
