Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an Insulation Lead Technician in Deer Park, TX. The role directs field personnel, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution per the scope of work.

A leadperson handles safety, QA/QC, and job-site hazards while coordinating with supervisors. The candidate will bring strong take-off, material requisition, and logistics experience, with five+ years in the field and three+ years supporting Foreperson supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in related field.
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years assisting the Foreperson with supervision in a crew leader capacity.

Responsibilities

• Direction of field personnel and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Act as front line contact for safety, QA/QC, and hazardous conditions awareness.
• Lead field personnel and supervise crew in collaboration with Foreperson.
