Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an Insulation Lead Technician in Deer Park, TX. You will direct field personnel to safely complete work within scope, on schedule and within budget, reporting to the Foreperson as needed.

You will act as the front-line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC and hazard awareness, with 5+ years in the related field and 3+ years assisting Foreperson in supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in related field.
• Minimum three years assisting Foreperson in crew leader role.
• Experience in field take-off, requisitions, logistics, and pre-job planning.
• Strong focus on safety, QA/QC and hazard awareness.

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills:

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
