Zusammenfassung

Zachry Group in the United States is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to support our chemical plant maintenance team. You will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and process control systems while reading blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and electrical drawings to ensure accurate measurements of flow, pressure, temperature, and level.

This role requires 5+ years in instrumentation and 10+ years in maintenance at a chemical facility, along with journeyman tools

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in Instrumentation or comparable knowledge.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and P&IDs.
• Journeyman tools and associated power tools experience required.
• TWIC card holder and able to work with safety policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and isometric drawings.
• Installs, repairs, maintains, calibrates electronic equipment and measuring devices.
• Tests equipment accuracy and analyzes performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of systems.
• Prepare reports on tests, repairs, and installations.
• Assist in planning and procuring materials for maintenance and capital projects.
