Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer Lead in Austin, Texas. You will lead a team of engineers and designers, design instrumentation and control systems for industrial facilities, and oversee projects from concept to construction.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of I&C systems, strong leadership, and the ability to manage client relationships and budgets. ABET engineering degree and PE license preferred, with experience in semiconductor,

Qualifications

Leadership and project management experience in I&C.
Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience delivering engineering solutions for clients.
Proven problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
ABET-accredited engineering degree required.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers in I&C systems.
Design and specify instrumentation and control systems for industrial facilities.
Develop P&IDs, PFDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and system designs.
Create logic diagrams and sequences of operation for system integration.
Oversee I&C system design from concept to construction and coordinate with teams.
Interface with clients to manage scope, schedule, and technical delivery.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in site visits and commissioning support.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Participate in proposal development and budget management.
