Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking experienced Instrumentation and Controls Engineers to join our team in a growing nuclear market. We design and deliver I&C solutions across North America, collaborating with module fabrication and construction teams to ensure safe, cost-effective and innovative designs that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of I&C engineering design experience in industrial or nuclear power.
• Extensive background in commercial nuclear and DOE nuclear design projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scoping documents and conceptual design reviews.
• Create and review detailed designs for instrument installation / mounting, HMIs, PLC ladder logic, security, hazardous area classifications, etc.
• Develop and review equipment procurement specifications.
• Support vendor bid evaluations and manage Q&A tracking.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Interface with clients and support implementation personnel.
• Travel to client/vendor offices and plant sites for design reviews and coordination.
