Job summary

Cimarron Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation & Control Design Engineer to support the TOS II contract at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN.

The role focuses on electrical and I&C design, working with multidisciplinary teams to meet system requirements and ensure safe, reliable operation. Relying on your eight+ years of engineering experience and a Bachelor’s in engineering, you will engage in design, development, and testing activities, including vendor reviews, calculations, and

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required and background check, breath alcohol test, and drug screening.
DOT random drug and alcohol testing applies.
Must obtain and maintain a security clearance and AEDC network access.
Eight years of progressive engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Perform instrument & control system engineering tasks including system requirements, drawings, specs, and calculations.
Interface with customers to clarify system and test requirements; develop system requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation, data systems, automated control, and HMI software.
Review vendor submittals and resolve technical issues; prepare design calculations, studies, and reports.
Attend technical reviews and contribute to open, trust-based teamwork and safety.
Wear PPE per policy and support a positive, open work environment.
