Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to develop 3D models and 2D drawings for data centers, semiconductor, and related facilities. You will work on control systems, P&IDs, and panel layouts, coordinating with global teams to meet schedules and client goals.

The role supports Jacobs' hybrid work policy, with opportunities to split time between offices and remote locations across the U.S. Ideal candidates have BIM experience and an associate degree in drafting or engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design BIM models and 2D drawings for industrial facilities.
• Develop P&ID and control-system diagrams.
• Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams and manage schedules.
