job summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior I&C Engineer to spearhead the instrumentation and controls engineering aspects of significant power projects overseas. This position may be remote with travel up to 1 week per month to Jacksonville, FL. In this key role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive review and approval of engineering deliverables from EORs and OEMs, the development of technical specifications, and the resolution of complex technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, contractors, and vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of these essential projects.

responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer for overseas combined cycle power projects, overseeing all engineering aspects from initial project development through to successful completion
  
  
• Develop and maintain various Technical Specifications for project equipment procured directly, and review/approve specifications developed by the EOR
  
  
• Oversee the I&C engineering and equipment design deliverables from various OEMs (Steam Turbine, HRSG, BFP, Water Treatment, etc.), from project initiation to completion, ensuring timely document submission and accuracy
