Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in instrumentation, electronics, industrial technology, chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of instrumentation, laboratory, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment to ensure reliability.
• Assist QA Chemist with Laboratory QA/QC program.
• Support lab staff on special projects including calibration and troubleshooting.
• Back up QA Chemist, including on‑call coverage.
• Assist with training laboratory analysts.
• Provide travel for equipment calibration as needed.
• Report problems or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes.
