Rain Carbon Inc. is seeking a skilled Lab Instrumentation Technician to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, support QA/QC activities, and assist with various lab projects.

The role emphasizes safe operation, data integrity, and collaboration with QA Chemists and analysts. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent certification and at least five years of relevant experience; strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in instrumentation, electronics, industrial technology, chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of instrumentation, laboratory, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment to ensure reliability.
• Assist QA Chemist with Laboratory QA/QC program.
• Support lab staff on special projects including calibration and troubleshooting.
• Back up QA Chemist, including on‑call coverage.
• Assist with training laboratory analysts.
• Provide travel for equipment calibration as needed.
• Report problems or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes.
