Job summary

Saige Partners is seeking a Senior Instrument Reliability Engineer in Rosemount, MN. The role offers relocation assistance and a base salary range of $130,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience.

This position provides strategic leadership for reliability initiatives at a large industrial site and owns site-wide reliability strategy. The senior engineer will lead reliability programs, asset management, and collaboration across engineering, maintenance, and operations to improve asset health

Qualifications

• Senior-level Instrument Reliability Engineer with significant industrial experience.
• Background in refining, petrochemical, chemical, midstream, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with Mechanical Integrity Programs, RCFA, and reliability strategy development.
• Proven ability to drive reliability improvements and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the site's Mechanical Integrity Program.
• Develop and implement equipment and reliability strategies.
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations.
• Establish and improve reliability standards, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as a strategic reliability resource across engineering, maintenance, and operations.
• Participate in industry groups and conferences to identify and implement best practices.
• Support Turnaround activities and long-term asset reliability initiatives.
