Job summary

Saige Partners is seeking a Senior Instrument Reliability Engineer to provide strategic leadership for reliability initiatives at a large industrial manufacturing site in Minnesota. The role owns the reliability programs, asset management, and site-wide strategy, with relocation available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical, midstream, or heavy industrial manufacturing, and a proven ability to drive reliability improvements

• Participate in industry groups and conferences to identify and implement best practices.
• Support turnaround activities and long-term asset reliability initiatives.

• Establish and improve reliability standards, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as a strategic reliability resource across engineering, maintenance, and operations.
• Participate in industry groups and conferences to identify and implement best practices.
• Support Turnaround activities and long-term asset reliability initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Senior-level Instrument Reliability Engineer with significant industrial experience.
• Background in refining, petrochemical, chemical, midstream, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with Mechanical Integrity Programs, RCFA, and reliability strategy development.
• Proven ability to drive reliability improvements and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong program ownership and independent decision-making skills.
• Refining experience strongly preferred.
