Job summary

Trideum Corporation in Fort Belvoir, VA, seeks a Senior Instructor and Curriculum Development Lead to guide the U.S. Army Modeling and Simulation School (AMSS) curriculum from tasks to learning objectives and to lead the T2COM accreditation process.

You will serve as course manager and lead instructor for multiple AMSS courses, certify instructors, and drive quality in instruction and curriculum through collaboration with military partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; U.S. citizenship and active Secret Clearance required.
• Five years of military M&S experience.
• Experience leading curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Experience with AMSS or Army training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development team for AMSS courses from task level to learning objectives.
• Coordinate and conduct T2COM Accreditation for AMSS.
• Serve as course manager and lead instructor for multiple AMSS courses.
• Certify instructors within the AMSS faculty.

Position Summary

This position will serve as the senior instructor and curriculum development lead at the U. S. Army Modeling and Simulation School (AMSS). Responsible for leading curriculum development team for all AMSS courses starting at the task level through learning objectives and specific lesson plan development in accordance with U.S. Army T2COM regulatory standards. Will serve as contract lead for preparation and conduct of T2COM Accreditation process for the AMSS. This position also serves as the course manager and lead instructor for multiple AMSS courses and is responsible for the preparation and certification of instructors within the AMSS faculty.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• U.S. Army Simulation Operations Course Graduate
• U.S. Army Intermediate Simulation Operations Course Graduate
• U.S. Army Command and General Staff College Graduate
• T2COM Instructor Certification Course Graduate
• Five years of military M&S experience either as a military officer or DoD civilian
• Two years experience supporting joint and coalition exercises and events
• Experience supporting or serving in all three Army components (Active, Reserve, and National Guard)
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Clearance
