Job summary

T-Mobile invites applications for a role in its All-Star Legal Team focused on instructional design and learning technology. Lead the design and delivery of compliance training using Articulate 360, LMS tools, and AI-enabled methods to meet regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with legal SMEs, manage multiple design projects, and drive learning initiatives across the organization while ensuring accessibility and efficacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in eLearning development and instructional design, preferably in a legal/compliance context.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and familiarity with other authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with legal and regulatory experts to translate complex content into clear learning objectives.
• Apply ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Model to design effective compliance training.
• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses, assessments, and job aids with accessibility standards.
• Serve as the team's technical authority on learning tech platforms and AI tools.
• Manage external vendor relationships and oversee SOWs and contracts.
• Coordinate multiple design projects with clear timelines and status reporting.
