Job summary

National University of Natural Medicine seeks an Instructional Designer who will bridge educational technology and institutional effectiveness. This role advances LMS configurations (Canvas, Lecturio, VoiceThread, Proctorio, Kaltura) and aligns assessments with outcomes, working across faculty, IT, and accreditation stakeholders.

The candidate will lead education technology initiatives, support academic assessment, and help automate processes to improve student learning and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience with education technology in higher education.
• Experience supporting faculty and end users of EdTech.
• Ability collecting, organizing, analyzing, or reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advanced expert for education technology and data analysis.
• Coordinate with IT/AV and vendors for complex issues.
• Develop procedures and training materials for EdTech tools.
• Build Canvas outcomes and align assessments with course structures.
• Coordinate data extraction and import into central institutional systems.
• Provide training and support to faculty and staff on EdTech and assessment.
