Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago is seeking an Instructional Design Senior Coordinator to design, develop, and improve learning programs across the firm, applying expertise in eLearning authoring and multimedia.

You will collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and matrix teams to deliver scalable training aligned with business needs, using Articulate 360 and Camtasia, and contribute to measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design or related experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating interactive modules and video-based learning.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end learning design: design and deliver ILT, virtual, and eLearning programs.
• eLearning authoring and multimedia development using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Needs assessment and solution strategy to identify skill gaps and improvements.
• Stakeholder partnership and alignment with SMEs, internal teams, vendors, and matrix stakeholders.
• Learning assets, quality assurance, and reporting including guides, workbooks, and video tutorials.
• Innovation and continuous improvement using new learning technologies and AI to enhance workflows.
• Professional growth and engagement in team initiatives.
