We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer, based anywhere in the U.S., to join our Global Enablement team, reporting to the senior manager of Enablement Operations. In this remote role, you will develop instructor-led and e-learning sales training solutions and design sales content, including self-paced interactive modules, sales presentations, and video and graphic elements for our Worldwide Sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth by being part of a growing enablement team with a direct impact on the development of our Sales organization.
You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about continuous learning and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:

- Recommend milestones and manage the ongoing project plan to drive courses through to completion
- Develop deliverables, focused on self-paced interactive modules and videos, but also including instructor presentations, student guides, case study exercises, presentations, sales guides, graphics, and accreditation exams
- Gather stakeholder feedback on draft and final course content and materials, and make changes and adjustments as needed
- Interact with our sales enablement platform to build out courses, learning paths, and certifications
- Provide strategic input to help continually evolve and develop the Infoblox training approach
- Provide and deliver best practices on sales course design and sales assets
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience developing e-learning content for a global software company
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and examples of both e-learning and video development work in your portfolio
- A passion for training design and creating an outstanding user experience
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design and developing PowerPoint slides with custom graphics for sales content
- Experience with Highspot, Articulate Storyline360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Camtasia, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Good attention to design detail, including formatting, spacing, and aesthetics
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; a certification in instructional design is a plus
What success looks like:
After six months, you will…
- Be familiar with the goals of Infoblox’s Enablement organization, sales processes, and day to day design tools
- Execute design requests and projects including videos, presentations, online courses, and instructor presentations by the deadline
After About a Year, You Will…
- Own independent projects for Sales teams that align with specific business objectives and KPIs
- Participate in cross–functional feedback loops and implement stakeholder feedback in your designs to ensure alignment with training goals
