The GC blends intensive research with student success metrics and public reporting. Responsibilities include data extraction, dashboard creation, survey support, and cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required.
• Master's degree with coursework in research methodology, statistical analysis, data visualization, and survey research methods, with at least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Ph.D. preferred in quantitative, analytical, social science, education, public policy, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research studies, including research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of findings to support institutional decision-making.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management, validation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience with institutional research, higher education analytics, and student success metrics, including admissions, enrollment, retention, graduation, and time-to-degree analyses.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze institutional data to produce timely, accurate information for administrators and stakeholders.
• Develop and update institutional reports, dashboards, and visualizations related to admissions, enrollment, retention, graduation, and time-to-degree.
• Conduct institutional research studies and data analyses to address strategic questions and support decision-making.
• Support maintenance of the institutional data warehouse through data updates and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify information needs and provide analytical support for institutional effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
