Job summary

Role requires five years in financial services, a regulatory license, and remote work with West Coast residency. Travel of 25-50% is expected, with collaboration across teams and leadership in solution design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• 3 years experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management preferred.
• Experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans (401(k), 403(b)).
• Recordkeeping (retirement plan administration) savvy.
• Regulatory license/registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) required (6 & 63).
• This is a remote based role; reside on the West Coast to be considered.
• Travel requirement: 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vanguard's most complex recordkeeping and investment-only plan sponsor relationships by applying a deep understanding of client history and evolving needs.
• Proactively assess client needs through strategic planning and high-value consultations; coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead resolution of complex client issues and develop creative solutions to meet expectations.
• Engage internal subject matter experts to design tailored service solutions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and competitive positioning.
