This role is critical in our customer engagement model to support the US launch of COBENFY, a novel treatment for schizophrenia. The specialist will focus on engaging with healthcare providers at Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, and hospitals, primarily in the Boston area.
The primary responsibilities include promoting BMS products, building scientific credibility with healthcare professionals, conducting scientific dialogues, collaborating across functions, and managing accounts effectively. Qualifications include an advanced scientific degree or 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience, with a preference for experience in Psychiatry and healthcare systems involving hospital and community mental health settings.
The role demands excellent communication, scientific agility, data analysis skills, and technological proficiency. The position is field-based, requiring 100% travel within the assigned geographic area.
Compensation ranges from $135,180 to $159,030 USD, with additional incentives and benefits. The role may require working on-site depending on the company's occupancy model, and candidates must meet driver qualification criteria due to vehicle use.
