Position Summary

The Institutional MHAS plays a vital role in engaging healthcare providers at Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavior Health Centers, and Hospitals, supporting the US launch of COBENFY, a novel treatment for schizophrenia. The role involves building scientific credibility, fostering relationships, and promoting appropriate medicine use to meet business and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Promotion: Promote BMS products within the territory, creating demand through scientific dialogue and strategic planning.
  • Scientific Dialogue: Conduct presentations, organize speaker programs, and stay current with emerging data to ensure medical accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience and promote compliant marketing efforts.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, MSL, or healthcare roles.
  • Strong communication skills to convey scientific data convincingly.
  • Experience with community and hospital-based healthcare providers, preferably in Psychiatry and hospital settings.
  • Proven account management, sales performance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
