This position focuses on site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients, working with internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. A successful Site Lead can work independently, provide daily updates, and seek support from the project manager as needed. The goal is to train replacements and advance into Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Coordinate communication with subcontractors and internal resources.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Understand written specifications, drawings, and controlling documents; maintain accurate documentation of systems.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems.
• Coordinate project activities with relevant parties.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Perform work in accordance with policies and standards.
• Complete final testing and acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of access control systems; Lenel and Genetec preferred.
• Understanding of electronic security systems and installation labor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• 5-7 years of experience in physical/electronic security.
