Job summary

Intec Select is seeking an experienced Senior Installation Technician to join our growing technical team supporting complex commercial projects across the Tampa Bay area and beyond. You will install, configure and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, LAN infrastructure, and low-voltage cabling while collaborating with field teams and project leadership.

The ideal candidate has proven hands-on experience with commercial cabling, CAT5/CAT6 and fiber, plus strong troubleshooting and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in low-voltage installation and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
• Experience with commercial cabling infrastructure
• Strong understanding of CAT5/CAT6, WLAN & LAN
• Experience testing and terminating low-voltage cabling
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

• LAN infrastructure
• Low-voltage and structured cabling systems
• Install, test and terminate CAT5/CAT6, coaxial and fiber cabling
• Install and support Wireless Access Points & Local Area Networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across customer sites
• Work closely with field teams, engineers and project leadership

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in low-voltage installation and troubleshooting
