Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to lead installation facility and infrastructure projects in support of DoD missions. The role involves coordinating with contracting, finance, and engineering teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget project delivery aligned with mission requirements and regulatory standards.

The candidate will assess technical needs, interpret regulations, manage budgets, and oversee design, construction, and sustainment activities across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Architecture).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute engineering projects supporting installation facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate across contracting, finance, and engineering teams to meet project requirements.
• Develop and review cost estimates, funding alignment, and lifecycle documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DoD facility standards, UFC, and regulatory guidance.
