Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in insights, market research or business intelligence.
• Healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills with ability to make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of an always-on listening system across touchpoints and lifecycle stages.
• Design and administer qualitative and quantitative primary research (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
• Translate data into visually engaging dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Present insights in clear storytelling to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with HR, IT, analytics, and external partners to operationalize insights.
