Job summary

Monigle is seeking a Senior Consultant, Insights to lead custom research engagements across qualitative and quantitative methods, from kickoff to final readout. You will manage client relationships, design studies, and turn findings into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, drive proposals, and contribute to new business opportunities while ensuring flawless delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of custom market research experience from design to final deliverable.
• Experience across qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects end-to-end with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for custom workstreams, owning timelines and milestones.
• Oversee design, fielding, analysis, and final reporting.
• Lead projects end to end with internal/external teams and vendors.
• Design research instruments aligned to client objectives.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations for clients.
