Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of insider threat or security program experience.
• Knowledge of security technologies and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the insider threat program, including proactive monitoring strategy, tooling, and detection capabilities.
• Lead project development for new insider threat initiatives — scoping, planning, and cross-functional execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to build insider threat awareness and align monitoring priorities with business needs.
• Synthesize data and threat signals, weigh severity, and escalate to senior leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and adopt new capabilities to stay ahead of threats.
• Operate autonomously and provide sound judgment on security matters.
• Mentor and develop peers and junior staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term security roadmap.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and training for insider threat.
• Oversee investigations with HR or Legal when needed.
