Cribl is seeking a staff-level investigator to bridge insider risk, forensics, and executive protection. This hybrid role combines investigative leadership with hands-on analysis of laptops, devices, and network artifacts, and includes travel protective planning for principals.

The role requires 7+ years across insider threat, digital/hardware forensics, and protective services, plus certifications and the ability to communicate findings to executives and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across insider threat investigations, digital/hardware forensics, and physical/executive protection.
• Lead investigator on insider risk cases involving high-stakes or legally exposed matters.
• Hands-on forensic skills with standard tooling and hardware-level techniques, plus familiarity with confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead insider risk investigations from start to finish, including scoping, evidence collection, interviews, findings, and remediation recommendations.
• Conduct forensic acquisition and analysis of laptops, mobile devices, removable media, and network artifacts; maintain chain of custody.
• Provide executive protection coverage and security planning for domestic/international travel and events.
