Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a senior Insider Threat Specialist to support the Office of National Security within HHS. You will analyze insiderThreat indicators, coordinate with CI/security teams, and prepare actionable risk assessments for executive leadership.

Applicants should have TS/SCI clearance, relevant experience, and strong writing and briefing skills to support enterprise risk mitigation across multiple mission areas.

Qualifications

• 7–13 similar years of experience in insider-threat, CI, security or intelligence
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Knowledge of insider-threat risks, indicators, and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive insider-threat analysis by integrating behavioral, technical, and counterintelligence indicators.
• Identify, assess, and elevate potential risks within HHS and related enterprise contexts.
• Provide briefings to senior leaders and ensure awareness of insider-threat trends and vulnerabilities.
