This is a hybrid role requiring working from our Coppell, TX office on a weekly basis.

As a Sr. Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US, your primary responsibility will be driving profitable sales growth within an existing customer base in your designated territory. You will report to the Manager, Inside Sales.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Meet and surpass weekly activity metrics
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned products and general knowledge of all TAA NA software offerings
  • Maintain awareness of competitive solutions
  • Build and foster ongoing relationships with prospects and customers to add value and advance sales
  • Promote the value proposition of TAA NA
  • Identify opportunities within prospect and customer business structures
  • Apply sales processes and techniques to present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Document all activity in CRM application
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and current status within CRM
  • Assess pipeline and reprioritize activities to meet monthly quotas
  • Engage Solutions Design for pre-sales support
  • Implement territory planning to optimize performance
  • Drive comprehensive sales cycles with multifaceted solutions
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant sales experience.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 2 years of direct B2B, B2G, or B2C commissioned sales experience with intangible products (software/SaaS, digital content, or online solutions)
  • Experience with consultative sales, prospect qualification, and presentations explaining product relevance
  • Proficiency with online presentation tools (MS Teams, WebEx, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Basic technical skills and PC operation knowledge
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Formalized sales training (e.g., Holden, Complex Sale, Solutions Selling, Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales)
  • Ability to work flexible hours
