In these customer-facing roles, you will support contractors, plumbers, HVAC professionals, builders, and other trade customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to explain technical products clearly to contractors and trades.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, or related wholesale distribution preferred.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face-to-face and by phone with orders, pricing, and product questions.
• Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on needs.
• Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC techs, builders, and trades professionals.
• Support branch sales goals by identifying needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain a smooth, customer-friendly operation.

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related field preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
