Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a skilled marketing web leader to own the Innovation Economy web ecosystem in San Francisco. You will shape web strategy, optimize user journeys, and drive new client acquisition across Chase properties.

You will partner with Marketing, Web Center of Excellence, Data & Analytics, and Research to execute campaigns, track performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in website marketing/strategy with ownership of a web ecosystem.
• Proficiency with web analytics and data platforms to define KPIs and analyze performance.
• Cross-functional program leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to follow standards for brand/content governance and privacy reviews.
• Clear, executive-ready performance reporting and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing J.P. Morgan Innovation Economy websites and report on performance.
• Lead development of new pages based on UX findings and campaign needs.
• Understand user journeys and update web strategy, including cross-site navigation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web Center of Excellence, Data & Analytics, MarTech, and Research.
• Contribute to campaigns and manage the marketing funnel.
• Lead stakeholder management and tell data-driven stories of marketing impact.
