Job summary

Annie Aesthetic in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Advanced Injector & Director of Provider Success to coach providers across the platform, maintain an active injecting practice 1–2 days per week, and build scalable provider development systems as we grow.

The role blends hands-on clinical work with a platform-wide mandate to elevate performance through data-driven coaching, training design, and a connected provider community, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a medical aesthetics provider with hands-on injecting experience.
• Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, and client experience.
• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring providers; ops leadership is a plus.
• Comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities and create development plans.
• Ability to give direct, constructive feedback across skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Provider Coaching & Development: identify coaching opportunities and build development plans.
• Training Strategy & Coordination: design scalable education and training across the platform.
• Provider Community & Best-Practice Sharing: foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Clinical Practice: maintain active injecting practice 1–2 days per week.
• New Provider Ramping & Recruiting: create ramping pathways and partner with Talent Acquisition.
