Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a highly skilled service technician to provide technical support for injection molding systems across our customer base. You will calibrate, troubleshoot, install, and repair equipment, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safe operations on complex machinery.

Travel is required to customer sites; strong knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and machine controls is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in technical or engineering studies.
• 10+ years of injection molding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair control systems including hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics.
• Calibrate machines to optimum performance and provide setup support.
• Mentor other team members and coordinate with internal resources for effective service.
• Maintain customer relations and provide written reports to the Service Team Leader.
