Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of injection molding, assembly, robotic, and auxiliary equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, support equipment installation, startup, and process optimization while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance highly recommended.
• 3-5 years of Injection Molding Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and make minor adjustments.
• Support calibration and operations teams to optimize performance.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Document findings and adjustments in logs and systems.
• Install, verify, and start up equipment at the Stafford facility.
