Job summary

SHL Medical AG in North Charleston, SC, seeks an experienced Injection Molding Technician to operate and maintain state-of-the-art molding equipment in a high-volume facility. You will lead production schedules, implement SOPs, and train technicians for process excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AAS preferred or equivalent training.
• 5+ years proven track record in injection molding with automated systems.
• Experience supporting event response in highly automated 24/7 production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Injection Molding/Automation equipment to meet production goals.
• Lead production schedule execution and monitor processes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop SOPs and train technicians in areas of expertise and new systems.
• Record production data in SAP and ensure safety/environmental compliance.
• Support maintenance and perform root cause analysis on equipment issues.
