Qualifications

• Hands-on industrial mechanical repair experience: hydraulics, motors, pumps, and related systems.
• Fluency in interpreting engineering drawings plus electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues and deliver timely, cost-conscious repairs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Maintenance Manager to maximize uptime across production assets.
• Create, execute, and document preventive maintenance for all capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Develop specs and recommend purchases for auxiliary equipment.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and skid loaders as needed.
• Maintain PM schedules, installations, repairs, work orders, and reports.
• Monitor maintenance budget and inventory levels.
• Calibrate injection machine controls and verify components meet minimums.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical and building systems.
• Lead continuous improvement and maintain 5S-compliant work areas.
