Requires 5–10 years in injection molding and robotics, CAD/3-D modeling proficiency, and a Bachelor’s in Plastics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Relocation assistance is provided, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of injection molding and robotics experience.
• Proficiency with CAD / 3-D modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new model development and trial schedules.
• Analyze current scrap problems and defects to develop solutions and reduce costs.
• Provide technical insight on inventory, manufacturing costs, and capital investments.
• Participate in capital investment projects for new equipment/processes and apply engineering specs to production needs.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to solve problems, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Provide technical support to production, process, and maintenance groups to reduce downtime.
• Support tooling design and process development for new models.
