Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sets up molding machine parameters to produce quality acceptable parts for production.
• Troubleshoots and perform process changes as needed on the injection molding machine and robot setup.
• Ensures machines are running efficiently and producing parts within standard.
• Sets up all auxiliary and secondary equipment as required.
• Trains operators in running production parts and monitoring quality.
• Performs basic machine maintenance and replaces standard mold components.
• Participates in root cause problem solving and safety/quality adherence.
