Job summary

Jabil in Illinois is seeking a seasoned Mold Shop Technician to service, repair and return molds to operation. You will lead preventive maintenance, adjust tooling, and guide junior staff to uphold high part quality. Document mold performance and drive continuous improvement to prevent downtime.

Starting pay is $33.17 hourly with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role follows a 12-hour day shift (2/2/3, 6:45am–8:00pm), with potential for project-based on-site work and collaboration.
