Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Sr. Manager of Infusion Nursing to lead a regional team delivering expert care and shaping nursing operations.

You will drive clinical excellence, coach staff, and partner across pharmacy, clinical, and sales initiatives to support growth and patient well-being. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in home infusion and specialty pharmacy leadership, with strong IV skills, a multistate RN license, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with multistate/compact status or willingness to obtain.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in nursing.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• 3+ years in Home Infusion as nurse or leader.
• 3+ years in specialty pharmacy (Accredo or similar).
• Strong IV insertion skills and clinical proficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office and Apple technology.
• Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Preferred: Master's degree and CRNI or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Develop nursing staff through coaching, assessments, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmacy, clinical, and sales initiatives.
• Optimize staffing models, resources, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with contracted nursing agencies to support care delivery and education.
