Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a collaborative Senior Recruiter to join our Infrastructure recruiting team. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to source and place experienced professionals across North America, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week and offers the opportunity to shape talent strategies across multiple districts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, industrial, or technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills including passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Data-driven with ability to influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume professional positions across infrastructure districts.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active talent for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical experience, leadership, and fit.
• Guide candidates through interview and offer process with a high-quality experience.
• Consult with leaders on market trends, compensation insights, and recruiting best practices.
• Manage multiple requisitions with strong organization and urgency.
• Collaborate with teammates to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with policies and employment laws.
• Use recruiting metrics to identify opportunities and improve processes.
