Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on software development, incl. 4+ years building scalable distributed control planes or SDN controllers.
• Deep knowledge of L3/L4 networking – IPv4/IPv6, routing, NAT, IPAM.
• DNS implementations; traffic steering, policy-based routing and stateful connection tracking.
• Proficiency in GoLang, C, or Python; focus on GoLang.
• Strong concurrency patterns and high-performance coding skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning multi-cloud networking work.
• Proven ability to root-cause complex networking issues and build telemetry for production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, Go, scripting languages, Git, and configuration management systems.
• Architectural Expertise: Experience in building scalable services, architectural design, data structures, algorithms, microservice architectures, and APIs.
