Job summary

Apple Cloud Networking team builds software-defined network infrastructure for Apple Cloud, delivering services like iCloud, Siri, and Maps at global scale. We design, build, and operate highly scalable, reliable services in a collaborative environment.

As a Sr Software Engineer, you will design and implement scalable services, contribute to architecture, and help maintain performance and reliability across the network.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building sophisticated and fault-tolerant systems
• In-depth knowledge on networking protocols and packet forwarding architecture
• Experience in infrastructure-as-code and APIs
• Strong systems programming skills including multithreading, concurrency, caching, batching
• Strong and proven record of working with multi-functional teams
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts, designs and decisions
• Hands-on experience with large-scale production systems

Preferred Qualifications

• BS and MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $184,700 – $324,800. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
