Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Infrastructure Service Management, Capacity/Operations, or related areas.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and infrastructure analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and roadmapping skills.
• Ability to translate capacity data into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery and performance of assigned infrastructure services.
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliable, scalable, and cost-effective services.
• Translate technical capacity information into clear business recommendations.
