Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and strengthen controls protecting enterprise infrastructure, networks, and data. The role focuses on threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity protection across on-premises data centers and branch locations.

You will lead security investigations, configure security platforms, and coordinate with infrastructure teams to harden Windows Server, VMware, and related environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise security controls.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and on-prem data centers.
• Experience with threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve cybersecurity controls for on-premises data centers and networks.
• Manage security platforms such as Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Zscaler.
• Configure firewall policies, VPN security, network segmentation, and remote access.
• Lead security investigations, incident response, containment, and remediation.
• Develop and maintain endpoint detection and response capabilities.
• Support PCI DSS, SOC 2, audits, and regulatory compliance.
