Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and strengthen security controls across on‑prem and enterprise environments. You will lead threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires hands‑on experience with Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Zscaler, and Microsoft security products, plus strong knowledge of network, Windows Server, VMware, and data center security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure security, or related technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve cybersecurity controls protecting on‑premises data centers, branch locations, endpoints, networks, and corporate systems.
• Administer and optimize security platforms (Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Zscaler, etc.) and related technologies.
• Configure, review, and strengthen firewall policies, IDS/IPS, VPN security, segmentation, and secure remote access controls.
• Monitor security events, logs, and threat intelligence to identify suspicious activity and incidents.
• Lead security investigations and incident response, including containment, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain endpoint detection and response capabilities and security automation.
