Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering or capital-project experience.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned infrastructure projects across campus facilities and utilities within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Own project planning, cost control, and schedule oversight; report progress to Infrastructure Project Director.
• Coordinate design and technical integration with Global Engineering and vendors; ensure buildability and compliance.
• Drive procurement activities, vendor evaluation, and contract administration for packages.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and commissioning readiness; ensure handover and lessons learned.
