Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Program Director in Troy, MI to lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure separation, divestiture, and M&A integration programs. You will align multiple workstreams, drive governance, and ensure operational continuity.

The role requires hands-on program leadership, executive communication, and strong commercial judgment to deliver measurable business outcomes in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Progressive technology delivery leadership for large, complex programs.
• Experience with divestitures, carve-outs, separations, or M&A integration.
• Strong governance, financial management, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple infrastructure workstreams.
• Develop and maintain a baselined program plan covering all domains.
• Lead site migration readiness from discovery through stabilization.
• Establish deliverables, owners, dates, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical leadership and enforce disciplined governance.
• Manage SOWs, changes, and commercial decisions.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend.
• Deliver concise executive and client reporting.
